I am looking for one carpenter, leader type man with the following:
- His own truck or van;
- His own valid driver's license;
- His own insurance;
- His own cell phone;
- His own equipment;
- Years of solid experience in all forms of carpentry/estimating:
- A wholesome honest, caring ability to communicate with the home owners;
- If you have these items you may be hired for $20/hour for the first three weeks;
- If you perform well, you will earn $25/hour for managerial abilities:
- If you do not qualify for even one of these items, do not call. I pay the best - I expect the best.
- You will work in one area not having to travel all over north GA.I am, like the Marines, only looking for a few good men 'cause that is all I expect to find!

Residential Spray Painter

Cummings Painting & Carpentry has been in business for over 50+ years working primarily in the North Georgia area in and near the Big Canoe & Bent Tree communities. We offer quality interior and exterior painting of homes and carpentry work necessary to fix any damage from weather, etc. plus build fencing, dog pen fencing, gazebos, bench swings, etc. and can tackle any landscaping needs.
We are in need of a skilled residential painter with trim, caulk, spray gun & roller equipment experience being a plus. This candidate must have their own transportation, a mobile phone to stay in communication with the owner, a valid driver's license, and a social security card. Our workers meet at the commercial complex and then head to the job site(s), Monday - Saturday, 8am - 5pm. No work on Sunday.
Most importantly they need the Heart to Do Consistently Excellent Quality Work!
Payment based on experience
